Communicating

The Actions is in the Interaction

When Akzo Nobel, Swedbank, Vattenfall, SKF, Volvo, Oracle and many other world class organisations seek training and development programmes that make a real difference to the way in which their people communicate, they choose Lorensbergs.

Our programmes incorporate the principles of accelerated learning which means our participants experience a rich, high energy, engaging learning environment. We design and deliver our programmes using a variety of techniques and pedagogical approaches that ensures maximum transfer of learning to the workplace.

What Makes Lorensbergs Unique?

Having an experienced team of psychologists and facilitators has enabled us to develop our own effective concepts, models and tools that help radically improve the way in which individuals and teams communicate. We use a wealth of cutting edge research in the areas of human interaction and psychology, media design and linguistics to develop practical and memorable models that participants will retain through their lives. And our team of trainers are of the highest calibre – constantly seeking ways of ensuring we lead the way.

What We Offer

We work with clients to develop bespoke programmes that work for their own unique context. We also run open workshops that enable individuals to develop their own skills too.

For those who are faced with the challenges of working in global teams, we have Swedish, English, American and Chinese trainers who all deliver our Communicating Across Cultures workshops.

Here’s a sample of the workshops we have delivered across the world.

  • The Art of Influencing
  • Presenting with Presence Power and Punch
  • Motivation and Communication
  • Communicating Across Cultures

And in a Virtual World Too...

The past decade has seen some major advances in technology that enables teams to communicate across the globe. Meeting platforms such as Webex and video conferences are becoming the norm in the way global organisations are run.
The challenge is, that in many cases virtual meetings have become a drain on time rather than a saving. Recent research shows that many participants complain of virtual meetings starting late, going on way too long, having limited or no preparation and providing little opportunity for genuine creation of new thinking. More often than not, they are just not brain friendly.

Our ‘Virtual Meetings That Work’ workshop, helps leaders, project managers and facilitators to design and run effective virtual meets that are engaging, memorable and most of all highly productive. And of course we ‘walk our talk’ with much of the workshop being run virtually.
